Can we add cake or decorations to a pub crawl?
Yes, by prior arrangement. Cake requests, decorations and surprise timing are checked with the venue and fitted around the scheduled crawl. Send the crawl name, date and booking reference if you have one. Availability and any extra costs are confirmed before payment.
Can we request specific venues?
Yes. SNL can assess requested venues, but they are not confirmed until availability, entry conditions and the commercial terms have been checked.
Are drinks, tables and entry included?
They can be. Your proposal will clearly separate included items, optional upgrades and anything paid directly at a venue.
Is there a minimum group size?
The workable format depends on the date, route and inclusions. Send the real group size and SNL will recommend an option that can be delivered without relying on a large crowd.
What do guests need to enter venues?
Guests must be aged 19 or over and carry valid identification. Individual venues may also apply dress, age or entry rules, which will be explained where relevant.
